MotionH

MotionH is a connected health, fitness, and rehabilitation ecosystem for active individuals and the professionals who support them. The product combines a mobile training experience with specialist software for planning programs, documenting care, tracking progress, and managing clients.

Athletes and rehabilitation patients need guidance that adapts to their goals and recovery, while physiotherapists and coaches spend significant time managing programs, documentation, assessments, and progress data across disconnected tools.

I helped shape a unified experience around two connected products: a mobile app for individuals and a professional platform for specialists. The system brings exercise planning, reusable templates, assessments, progress insights, and client collaboration into a consistent workflow.

I worked across the digital product experience and implementation, including responsive web interfaces, app and platform presentation, account journeys, professional and individual flows, resource architecture, and the supporting full-stack functionality.

MotionH connects self-guided movement with professional care. Individuals can train independently or collaborate with a specialist, while the same ecosystem gives professionals structured tools for planning, documentation, assessments, and outcome tracking.

The production experience presents MotionH as more than a fitness app: it communicates a flexible care platform that supports recreation, performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation while reducing administrative work for specialists.
