Farenio is a multi-sided cleaning marketplace and property-operations platform serving residential customers, service professionals, and short-term rental teams. The product combines service booking, workforce operations, quality controls, payments, and business workflows in one localized platform.

Residential cleaning and property operations involve very different customer journeys. Homeowners need simple booking and trusted professionals, service providers need transparent work and payments, and property managers need repeatable scheduling, quality evidence, invoicing, and team oversight at scale.

I helped structure Farenio around clear audience-specific pathways. The marketplace routes visitors into residential booking, professional onboarding, or property operations, while each experience provides focused navigation and actions for its own workflow instead of forcing every user through one generic interface.

I worked across the product experience and implementation, including marketplace architecture, responsive interfaces, service discovery, booking journeys, property-operations presentation, professional onboarding, multilingual content, payments, and supporting full-stack workflows.

Farenio unifies consumer booking and operational SaaS within the same ecosystem. The platform supports straightforward household services while also addressing short-term-rental scheduling, photo-based quality control, team dispatch, invoicing, and secure Stripe payments.

The production platform gives each audience a direct path to the tools they need while presenting Farenio as one connected operating system for cleaning and property services in France.
